Hippie's Pizza

Came here for the first time I walked in and was immediately greeted by what I believe was the owner and his son they both talk to me about the food about how it was my first time they asked me what I was interested they were very nice and respectful. I ended up getting the Ricky ricotta. It was an amazing pizza. The crust was thin but crispy a great amount of toppings and a great taste. I could tell by my time in there that the owner cared a lot about his restaurant and about how they treat their customers I would definitely recommend this to anybody who is in Royal Oak. Not only for the food, but for just the people

Pizza was phenomenal!! You could taste the real ingredients, the cheese, pepperoni, Italian sausage and Fresh mushrooms!!!!! The owner introduced himself upon pick up and was extremely hospitable! This is one great example of why you should support local.. 10/10 can’t wait to have it again!

Shout out to the crew at Hippies! Been a fan favorite for years. Tonight they over cooked the pie a bit and decided on their own to refire another pizza. When we pulled in, we were immediately greeted and offered the first pizza as a thin crust while we waited. Absolutely stunner integrity by the guys. Even showed us how over done it was. Both pizzas were amazing. Best spot that side of town!

Small spot to get some pizza. There is no inside seating so it is really to get take out or delivery. First time trying for both a gluten free and dairy free pizza & also a regular pizza. The allergy friendly was super good! Only option for a circle gf pizza and I got vegan cheese too. Really good and would recommend for people in the area for allergy friendly pizza. They have tons of options on the menu. Also they have some vegan desserts too! Definitely would go again!

Lived here for a few years and always saw this place but never tried it - due to 4.1 I wasn't sure, but so glad we gave it a try. This is probably our new favorite pizza place in the Royal Oak area and we have been to so many places - we try almost everything. My GAWD every pie we have eaten here so far (4) has been so so delicious and perfect. Definitely give it a go!
